General Communication and customer service

General communication is a two-way dynamic that, over time, allows others to appreciate what the PMO has to offer and to see the benefits of its services. When others see the benefits of the PMO's activities, the influence of the PMO naturally grows. Communications elements include:

Listening to needs, issues and problems

Proposing solutions and support

Publicizing services

Responding to requests

Enrolling participation in training and other services

Providing training and support

Evaluating the results of the new approach

Informing others of the results
