Project Management Office End-Of-Phase-Review

As defined above, a review is a routine, scheduled part of the project management process. End-of-Phase Reviews are different from Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR), so each will be discussed separately

End-of-Phase Reviews

The End-of-Phase Review is embedded in the project process, and is part of the project schedule. It is the responsibility of the project team, regardless of whether a PMO exists or not. This section discusses the purpose, participants, and process of the End-of-Phase Review, and the ways that a PMO might be involved in the review process.
