PMO End-Of-Phase Review

The PMO in the End-of-Phase Review

What is crucial to the organization is that project reviews be performed properly at the end of every phase of every project. The PMO should help ensure this in the most cost-effective way possible. The PMO's level of involvement in each review is determined by a number of factors, the most important ones being how capable the project manager is of running an effective review, and what type of PMO is operating within the organization. The Perform Reviews page provides detailed guidance on the degree of involvement each type of PMO should have in each End-of-Phase Review.
