Project Office Service Improvements11 December 2008Project Office Service Improvements In addition to large and small service improvements, the PMO should also consider changes to its structure and function. In particular, the Advanced Level PMO must provide controlling services. And, as discussed on the Reviews and Audits Learning page, independence is essential for effective Controlling Services. As a result, it may be appropriate for the PMO to split, so that there are two different PMOs.
