Online Project Management Checklists

A checklist will guide each publicity activity. The checklists should be prepared before any publicity begins. The Charter Publication Checklist should be prepared first. Then the others can be prepared simultaneously, or in any order. The publicity campaign will include publication of the charter and all services including online project management . The checklists can be converted into a schedule where services are promoted as they become available.

Publicize Charter

Although the short name for this activity is Publicize Charter, it is actually best to publicize portions of the PMO Charter and also portions of the Business Case .
