Evaluation Tracker Project Management Life Cycle05 June 2009Once the evaluation planner is complete, the evaluation tracker can be prepared. The evaluation tracker allows the Project Management Life Cycle to track the actual implementation of each instance of each evaluation. Take these seven steps to complete the evaluation tracker. 1. For each feedback mechanism listed on one line of the Evaluation Project Management Software Planner, enter a line on the evaluation tracker each time the mechanism will be used. 2. In the first column, enter the date that the feedback mechanism was delivered to the stakeholder or customer group. 3. In the second column, enter the name of the feedback mechanism from column 2 of the Evaluation Planner. 4. In column three, enter the name(s) of the customer and/or stakeholder group(s) from whom feedback is being requested. 5. In the fourth column, enter the name of the recipient of the feedback. This should be either the Evaluations Manager, or someone who reports to the Evaluations Manager. 6. In the fifth column, enter the date the feedback was received by the PMO. 7. In the sixth column, enter the quantity of feedback responses received. Here is a sample evaluation tracker:
