Organize the feedback by issue. Determine the significance of each issue. Determine which issues are significant enough that improvement is needed. § Identify improvements. For each significant issue, define what change in service will resolve the issue. § Assign work for improvements. Assign the work of making the changes to the service to a member of the project manager team. Include a date by which all work should be completed. Include review of the changes to ensure they are satisfactory. § Schedule implementation of improved service. Once the improved service is prepared, make it available to customers. Posted in General
