Risk Management Training Improvement Schedule

The improvements can be tracked on a service improvement schedule. To prepare the service improvement schedule, follow these six steps:

1.      Place one task that will improve the service on each row.

2.      In column one, enter the date that the task is assigned.

3.      In column two, name the task.

4.      In column three, name the person it is assigned to.

5.      In columns four, six, and eight, enter the dates that the task is completed, the date it is scheduled to be approved by the manager for the service or the project manager , and the date the result is scheduled to be made available to customers.

6.      In columns five, seven, and nine, track the actual dates that work is complete, approved, and made available.
